Beta: I am not getting an email that a message was sent to me in a group

Only checked on Beta. It needs to be checked on Production and Current, which I will do.

1. Go to a Group
2. Create a message and send it. http://beta.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_TestBeta114/CreateMessage
3. Check the box that says I should be alerted by email. "Send email notification of this message to the "To" list."

Bug
I tried it twice. Once to a group and once to an individual. In both cases I never received an email that there was a message for me.
