Video upload results in Processing error.

1. Login with valid credential to http://www.gpsnetwork.org/welcome/
2. Go to My Contributions
3. Add a resource.
4. Select to upload a video

I verified with mp4, 3gp and flv formats and encountered the following error - “Your movie uploaded but processing for playback could not be completed. Please make sure your video file can play on your computer and then try uploading it again.”
