Use Topic Description and Title from Group Discussion Topic when Sharing in Facebook, etc

1. Go to any Discussion Topic
2. Select to Share the discussion by either selecting the Facebook icon or add the link in your Facebook account.
3. Facebook will populate the share box with text from the web site

Change
Facebook is currently using the global meta description when we want it to use the local Topic description and title.

I am putting this in Phase II as a refinement.
