Remove Affiliate as a Choice when Joining a Group

    Description

      1. Go to Groups, Members Tab
      2. Select to Join the Group
      3. In the Group Join form there is a choice to select the type of member you are, Affiliate is one of them.

      Change
      Remove Affiliate

      This would only leave the one choice which is a bit odd.
