Code is showing in User Facing Message in Groups, Request to Join Closed Group

1. Go to a closed Group as a non member
2. Ask to join and give a reason.
3. Go back to group as a group leader or admin
4. Go to list of requests

Bug
The message looks like this:

When a Group is closed and I receive an invitation, I go in to accept or decline the prospective member.

When I do this, I see:

Reason:

Now accept the request you now see this.

FYI - The operation may have failed but it did allow Mike to join.
