Deleting a Topic does not refresh and manually refresh shows page not found.

    Description

      This bug is in Dev and Prod.

      1. Go to any Group Discussions as an Admin or Group Leader.
      http://dev.gpsnetwork.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_Superheros/Discussions
      2. Go into a topic.
      3. Select to Delete the Topic and confirm deletion

      1. Nothing happens when you delete a Topic, you just sit there.
      2. If you refresh, the page is gone, and the user is shown the cryptic message about restoring the page, etc.

      Note: Deleting Answers and Comments work correctly.
