In WYSIWYG editor, the cursor doesn’t get to next line upon clicking ‘enter’ after end of the paragraph.

In WYSIWYG editor, the cursor doesn’t get to next line upon clicking ‘enter’ after end of the paragraph. The scroll bar keeps moving upside and doesn’t take user to next line leading to usability issue. * It works fine in full screen mode.

Steps to reproduce:
Enter the content in editor in such a way that it fills the visible part of editor.
Hit the “Enter” button to see scroll bar moving upward but doesn’t take user to next line.
