Indenting does not work with Wiki from Scratch WYSIWYG tools

    Description

      Create a new Wiki from scratch document.

      Select a paragraph and try to indent it.

      Bug
      Indenting icon never becomes active.

      It does become active when I selected a bullet list but when I tried it, it removed the bullets and actually outdented instead of indented.
