Description
I think I have just found out why the soft disablement of the load-balancer has always failed: we have two load balancers, one for http and one for https.
By "soft disablement" I mean the disablement by using the balancer-manager and clicking to disable (or change the weight for that matter).
Because of security (using the root password), we made the balancer-manager only available in https and it was only adjusting the https load-balancer. Thus we need to access the balancer-manager of http.
However, it should be correctly done so as to avoid to send the root password in clear text.
