Social Media selection broken on WordPress Subject Pages

1. Go to http://www.curriki.org/welcome/subjects/mathematics-21/
2. Notice the Facebook like is near the top left.
3. Go to http://www.curriki.org/welcome/resources-curricula/contribute-content/about-curriki-review-team/
4. Notice the Facebook like is at the bottom.

There is something broken in the subject template that is broken.
