Description
Here is what I think is going on.
Sandy, I think you are using File Check to delete the offending resources. When you use FileCheck tools to do this, it actually does not delete it. It changes the owner to XWiki.Delete. Here is an example. http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_arunastha014/hairlosscure?bc=&viewer=info
Notice in the example the collection name is still with the person you want to delete.
Felix, usind File Check to delete is NOT updating the index for that user as far as I can tell. If I manually update the user's collection, then I can delete him or her.
Next Steps
1. Change the FileCheck tool to actually delete. The current method was just in case someone deleted something they shouldn't. This is costing us time and money.
2. Update FileCheck deletion to invoke the indexer no matter the method of deletion.
3. Sandy, for now, either delete the resource by going to the users contributor's tab or login in as Delete, pw=filecheck, and delete the resources one more time.
