Editing Member Profile Shows Error then Closes Unexpectedly

1. Go and edit your profile
2. Enter a password or email address but made sure the they do NOT match
3. Select Save

Bug
The page quickly highlights to show you the error but then Edit Profile suddenly closes and your are taken back to viewing your profile.

And, the new password and / or email you typed in is accepted.
