Double Hyphen in Resource Description causes Wiki syntax strike through

1. Create a resource, I tested embedding a YouTube link
2. In the description include a double hyphen –
3. Save and view

Bug
All text after the – shows as strikethrough. The plain text editor should ignore this.

Here is the resource where the problem was seen before I removed the double hyphen.
