File Check changes are not displaying

Resources that our reviewer, Carolyn Sprague has attempted to file check, rate, and/or review (through file check and CRS) are not showing her CRS review. The revision history shows file check approval, and CRS values, but the resources still says “Review Pending”

She says the file check is acting up, too.
