Uploaded files to a Group are not showing up

    Description

      Dominique emailed us that several users are uploading resources to a group and the attached documents are not appearing.

      "It looks like this morning some of my users are reporting that they’re receiving error messages when attempting to upload resources. Can you let me know what your team is doing to investigate this issue?

      The group reporting issues is the Common Core ELA Kindergarten group: http://www.gpsnetwork.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_CommonCoreELAKindergarten/WebHome

      The users have attempted on multiple browsers on PC and Mac.
