Group Leader Notifications: Missing topic in email on Discussions Response / Answer

1. As a group leader, turn on instant notifications.
2. As a different user, create a new topic in Discussions.
3. As a group leader, check your inbox for the notifications email.

1. The email is missing the topic. You see this. groups.notification_mail.discussion_activity_event.answer.create.email_subject

2. The trans shows this: "...added an answer to the discussion with.."
it should be:
"...added a response to the discussion with...
