Group Leader Notifications: Slightly wrong text in Creating / Editing a Resource

1. Go to a group as a group leader and turn on instant notifications.
2. As a different user, in the same group, build up a collection.
3. As the group leader, check your email inbox for emails about the resource the other user created.
4. You will receive two emails. One for the resource added and one that the collection has changed.

Bug
Since we currently do not have a way to differentiate when a resource is edited or created the message text needs to include both.

change "...created a resource..". to "...created and/or edited a resource.."

Also, can you add another paragraph return to the bottom like the other email notifications.
