Cannot reorder Group collections at the highest level on the curriculum page

    Description

      1. Go to a group, such as this one, http://www.gpsnetwork.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_CommonCoreELA11thGrade/Curriculum
      2. On the Curriculum page is a button to reorder all the collections.
      3. Select Reorder
      4. Move one folder then select Next

      Bug
      You get an error the collections are being used by another user.

      I can repeat the bug on other Groups and on Curriki. It appears to be a global issue. However, the bug does not happen when I try to reorder collection in MyCurriki/Collections.
