Banner Ad when closed will open on other pages

I tested on Chrome.

1. I cleared out all cookies, etc from the beginning of time.
2. I went to http://beta.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome
3. The banner as is open
4. I selected, Home, Resources & Curriculum, Collaborate, About Curriki
5. Banner ad stayed open
6. While on About Curriki I selected the X to close the Ad
7. Select Home - It's now open
8. Select Resources & Curriculum - It's now open
9. Select Collaborate - It's now open
10. Select About - It is closed again.

The behavior might vary slightly but give it a try to see the issue.
