CSS priority issue: the login box has a green bar

on current.dev.curriki.org if you are not logged in and click log-in, you see a pop-up box inside the html page which displays the user-name and password dialog and offers links to social logins.

That box should have, as per tradition and the style guide, a blue header-bar. Currently the header-bar is green. It appears that the extJS CSS is taking priority on our own CSS.
