Group shortcuts should not be case sensitive (aka vanity url)

Groups shortcut URLs have become case sensitive when they should not be.

In this example http://www.gpsnetwork.org/xwiki/bin/edit/Group_ArtEducators/WebPreferences?editor=object

The shortcut is arted. But if it was Arted the shortcut will not redirect to the Group, http://www.gpsnetwork.org/xwiki/bin/view/Group_ArtEducators/WebHome

Please make group shortcut URLs work when both upper and lower case.
