Resources with a Double Dash are not indexed, thus cannot search for them

Hi Paul,

I come across an interesting problem for a member that I cannot resolve.

She added several resources.

http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/MyCurriki/Contributions?user=XWiki.plantheroes

The resources are not in a collection new collection just her default member collection Coll_plantheroes.

I searched on her member ID to get a list of her resources.

http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Util/ListCollectionsPages?asset=Coll_plantheroes.WebHome

I noticed in the search results for the above URL not one of her resources appeared.

I indexed the results anyways in solr but this did not resolve the problem.

I have one theory. Each and every one of her resources have "--" double-dash in it. For example, http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_plantheroes/PlantHeroesPrintableInvasiveSpeciesAdvancedActivityBook--AsianLonghornedBeetle?bc=

Could it be the double-dash (XWiki for Strikeout) is preventing the resource from being indexed?

If yes, how do we fix?

If no, then how do I get her resources to index?
