IE 7, Wiki editor edit area restricted to very narrow band in the middle of the edit div

Also note that Wiki edit area does scale down with window, but as illustrated in image, after hitting min width, it does not present a horizontal scroll bar leaving part of the interface (Like the save button) unreachable.
