CDN Dev-Next-App Message Attachments are using Downloaded path and not CDN

1. Go to an Open Group Message Tab
2. Create a message and include an image.
3. Then attach an Excel file.
4. Check the URL for the two attachments.

They are not using the CDN path. Should they?
