Set Required Metadata dialog has several problems...

(In collapsed mode)
1) In IE- form site- The title entry box is way too narrow. It is less so, but still to narrow when seeing from the editor in both IE and FF.
2) The description box is also too narrow compared with the treatment. (Both title ad description should be the same width and as wide and the line rule for the "Required information" A-Head)
2) The I-Balls/Tools tips when roll over present behind the dialog box and can not be seen, except the ones on the right side which peek out from behind the window.
3) The styling of the too tip pop-ups is not right.
4) The tool tip text needs to be entered (Some are missing)

In Expanded mode (After clicking "Open more information")
5) Keyboard and Language fields are missing from the the "General Information" section.
Instructional Component Type is missing title (Here an n the Information tab in the editor)
