In editor, adding comments to a asset doe snot display in the edit tab.title bar "Comments(#)" until refresh or re-load.

Edit a collection that contains a source asset, slect "Comments" for that source asset and add a comment. Back in the edit tab the title bar still shows (0) comments (Or whatever it was.) for that asset. A refresh or re-load corrects the problem.
