Editor scroll bar behavior unpredictable but often wrong.

If you play with expanding and collapsing the window in the editor, particularly for large collections like: http://dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/GWT/Editor?xpage=plain&page=Coll_RenStopable.Rons2ndColleciton you will see these issues. You will find the scroll bars sometimes extend below the window, and other times are too short, and occasionally disappear.

I have also seen the scroll bar for the TOC and the one for the body be in opposite states, where one was right and the other was wrong, and then expand or collapsed swaps the the behavior.

I can not discern a pattern to always make it happen, but it will happen frequently enough for you to see it.

Users should not have to refresh to expand and collapse to get the the scroll bars working correctly

(Please note possible different issue in FF when the find dialog result display is up, you can not drag the vertical scroll bar, but you can use the arrows or scroll wheel.)
