Wiki Wysiwyg Editor does not resize when the window changes size

1/ Edit a wiki asset either with a small window or big window
2/ Resize the window
2a/ if your window was small the editor should get wider and does not
2b/ if your window was big the editor should get smaller and does not

This is annoying but doesn't stop from editing since you can come back to your previous window size
