.WAV, .MPG, .WMA, .WMV, .ASF, .AVI should not have MP3 player and the download option missing in Editor View mode

Only files that play in the Flash MP3 player should get this Specific Display.
others are t(SHoudl be) reated as files of known type.

Files of known type are not currently getting the correct edit tab display which should look just like view and include the appropriate Icon (Which is linked to open it in a new window or download, the file name link is the same, and the download button should download not launch even if the browser does this for a mime type.)
