WYSIWYG issue- The editor is removing breaks when it should not (Again, I think this was fixed.)

    Description

      Create a wiki block. Enter a word, then Carriage return (Which should be a break), then another word or several, then CR and a third, fourth (Or more if you like.) This is to simulate four paragraphs in a block. Now save. View and edit view look good. Now select edit again- The CRs have been removed, and if you save again (Thought changing anything) all of your paragraphs are gone.
