IE TOC width problem

In IE 7 (And this has recently changed perhaps as part of the CSS issues), if you make a collection that is long enough to have the TOC get a scroll bar, get wider by five pixels and pushes int the edit button. See attached screen shot. It does not appear to be an issue in FF.
