Re-size CB window with WIKI elements causes tinyMCE to display even though edit was not selected. IE7 and FF

When the CB is displayed and the data loaded, edit the WIKI block (At the bottom), then save or cancel, then re-size the browser window. The WIKI block now displays the TinyMCE editor, yet the asset is not in edit mode (AS can be seen by the title bar buttons). Also happen in IE7 when switching between tabs.

In IE7 a JS error is presented.
