JS Error while Adding/Creating asset when there are no collection

When there are no collection, if you add a resource by

Search/Find
or
Using 'Create a Learning Resource' link from Navigation Panel, you get a JS error which says 'Parent Element is Null or Not an Object'

Actually, it should create the default collection and add the assets into that.

In FF it works fine
