Implement CRS Styling according to spec

Hi Guillaume. The CRS implementation is feature complete (http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=dgqrsfzc_33fc2vdg&hl=en# which you should now have access to it)
It needs to be styled in GWT and in the web site.
