    Description

      Step 1 - Login as a user on IE 7
      Step 2 - Go to Browse
      Step 3 - View any unrated asset

      In IE there is a missing Icon for an unrated/unrateable asset in the view metadata header
      Note from Jenny - When something is unrated/unrateable, it should not show an icon, but an en-dash.
