Nominate link needs a hand/select cursor icon

    Description

      Step 1 - Login as a non-admin
      Step 2 - Find an unreviewed asset that you can edit
      Step 3 - Select Edit to open the Curriculum Builder
      Step 4 - Select the Information Tab
      Step 5 - Scroll down until you see the Nominate Link
      Step 6 - Place cursor over link, the cursor should change to a pointer

      In the CB Info tab, the Nominate link needs a hand/select cursor icon (CSS issue for Guillaume)
