    Description

      Step 1 - Login as a non-admin / reviewer
      Step 2 - Find a non-reviewed asset and select View
      Step 3 - Select Nominate
      Step 4 - Post a note to the reviewer and select Nominate / Submit
      Step 5 - Go to the reviewer page http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/CRS/Reviews?bc=

      The bug

      Hira said "Adding special notes to the reviewer while nominating an asset. This is not visible to the reviewer."
      Jennifer said "These should be visible in the review queue."
      Todd said "I could not find the notes anywhere after verifying the bug."
