In the review form, the ICT selector needs to be multi-selectable and needs to present any existing settings.

Step 1 - Go to http://next.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/CRS/Reviews?bc= to see a list of assets to review. If the list is empty, create one then nominate it then go back to the list.
Step 2 - Select to an asset and select Review
Stew 3 - Open the Select ICT List
