Link missing for review critieria

Step 1 - Find an asset
Step 2 - Select View
Step 3 - Where the ratings are it says "Review", it should say "Curriki Review:" See Spec Figure 2
Step 4 - It should be clickable when accessed through View.

From Jen - (FYI, until it's ready to publish to a general audience, this collection is taking the "Private" setting, so anyone who attempts to view it w/o an admin account or without being logged in as member curriki won't be able to see it.)
