Missing Help Text for Curriki Review

Step 1 - Find an asset
Step 2 - Select Edit: Information Tab
Step 3 - Scroll down to "Review"

The Bug
Where the ratings are it says "Review", it should say "Curriki Review:" See Spec Figure 3
Next to Review' should be a roll over. Please add the
The roll over help should say "Jen to provide text, such as - You can nominate this resource to be ranked by the Curriki Review Team."

Note: This works differently than the View page where the "Curriki Review" links to
