update partner resources to show a "P" setting

We want to manually via the database change all partner resources to show a "P" value for CRS.

In order to request a database change, we need to provide a specific list of the "Coll_" spaces where we want all resources set to "P". We should consider that unless we specifiy otherwise, this will automatically set ALL partner resources to P, even individual images, etc., that "aren't supposed to be rated."

Meredith: Please create this list and attach it to this task, then assign this task back to me. Thanks!
