Text Changes in the Review Form

Jen - Below is a strict interpretation of the spec. Please OK before handing off to Ludvic. I did not see an obvious way to make these changes in the Translation file.

Step 1 - As a reviewer, select a resource to Review

Bugs:

View Spec 2.3.5

The top of the form should read:
'Submitted by: [username]
Current CRS Status: [CRS Value]
Last Reviewed: [MM/DD/YY] '

'Unrateable/Not Rated' should be 'Not Rated/Not Rateable '

'Comments' should be 'Comments:'

Below Comments: add the text:
'The first sentence of your comment will be automatically generated based on the scores you have selected above. Please write a few sentences explaining your choices. You will preview the full comment and then submit it.'

Missing 'Cancel' button.
