      Step 1 - Go to Reviewers page and select an ICT
      Step 2 - Fill in the form and select Preview

      Bug

      The prefilled sentenct is not filling in the ICT information.

      Example "This resource was reviewed using the rubric for [here's the bug ---> activity_exercise, activity_lab?] and received an overall CRS..."
