    Description

      Step 1 - Sign-In as a Member
      Step 2 - Select 'Create a Learning Resource'
      Step 3 - Select to create anything

      Bug:
      When creating or adding a new resources, 'Review' and 'Nominate' should not appear in the set information dialog box (It currently does).
