    Description

      1) View resource that has received a rating
      2) Click the icon for that rating
      3) This should bring up the Comment tab for that resource where the review is displayed

      This is as per the spec 1.3 under Figure 2 where it reads "Numerical Icon - Shows number associated with CRS status, links to full text review in comments tab".
