not allowing me to Nominate a resource that has already received a review

    Description

      I have duplicated this twice.

      1) Nominate a resource for review.
      2) Review the resource.
      3) View the resource with new review status.
      4) Click "Nominate" to place it back in the queue for another review.

      Is this b/c it cannot be re-Nominated within the same 24-hour period?
