    Description

      Step 1 - Sign In as Member, non admin preferable but not required
      Step 2 - Find not rated resource
      Step 3 - Now find a rated resource and compare to the not rated resource

      Spec Change
      Most users will see the not rated resource but it doesn't look nice, while the rated resource with the icon looks great. I think the not rated needs to be improved, with either a blank not rated icon or left justified.
