Bug
Review column is missing.
Notes from Jennifer: Currently, the Review column is missing (5pm). This should appear with icons in rows where resources have been reviewed; where a resource has not been reviewed, I believe there should be nothing displayed in that row. When an icon appears, it should be clickable, with the target being the Comments tab for the reviewed resource.
