in IE7, display of results in main site shows horizontal scroll bar and strange scrollable vertical array

1) I enter "math" into the search box in the header (and click Go twice as per other bug).
2) Search results display but there is a horizontal scroll bar to see the full contributor column; also, the vertical length is cropped such that only six results display, and you have to scroll vertically to see the other results in the initial page display. (See screenshot.)
