description rollover box in search results in not showing enough content

In IE7, I do the following:

1) enter "algebra" into the search box in the header and click "Go."
2) View search results, rolling my cursor over the title.

The display of the description field does not appear to be matching the spec ebcause it is showing too little content (as in the attached screenshot).

Here are the details of the description div as per the spec:

Dimensions:

Width = 388 px
Height = 120 px high
Max sign count = 335
